IF you receive a broken mug upon delivery, please message me a picture of the mug (so I can use it to submit a USPS claim), and I'll send you a replacement one ASAP. I package these mugs well in order to protect them during shipping. If you need your order by a certain date, please include a note for me with the specific date. Mugs will normally ship out within 1-3 business days and ship Priority Mail (2-3 Day transit time) and will include tracking/delivery confirmation. Design is displayed on both sides making it visible to everyone! The images will not rub off, peel off, or have a raised surface like vinyl. This is a fancy way of allowing our designs to be permanent and safe for top rack dishwasher and microwave use. This mug's design is transferred by dye sublimation.
